Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

We offer standard shipping via USPS/Zen Drop with rates calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Glimmer Goddess Products: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Other Products: Estimated delivery time varies between 5-12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and other factors. We only ship within the United States.

It's important to understand that processing times and shipping times are separate. The total time for delivery should consider both. For example, if your order is processed in 2 days and the average shipping time is 5 days, the total time from order to delivery will be approximately 7 days.

If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also longer or shorter.

 

Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Factories will have far more units to manufacture and ship out, so you will want to ensure that your customer facing processing and shipping copy is updated to reflect proper expectations. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 1-2 days. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.

5. Shipping Delays

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays, there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other shipping-related issue, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Customs and Import Taxes

As we only ship within the United States, customs and import taxes do not apply.

Summer Month Notice

During the hot summer months, higher temperatures can affect the condition of Glimmer Goddess® products during transit. These products may soften when the temperature exceeds 85 degrees and melt completely over 95 degrees. If your products arrive softened or liquified, please follow these steps:

  • Get the package out of the heat as quickly as possible.
  • If the product is not fully liquid, place it in the refrigerator for an hour or let it sit at room temperature to solidify.
  • If the product is fully melted, let it sit with the lid on and give it a good shake every few minutes until it re-solidifies. Alternatively, refrigerate it or re-whip it, although some product may be lost in the process.
